This software enables remote control of any computer from any location via the Internet. Via this connection, our employee looks at your screen together with you. This allows them to see where you are and how they can help you immediately and accurately. The programme only needs to be started on both computers. No installations are required. Securely documented in the ticket system

You can also submit your enquiry by e-mail. The process is documented, processed and managed in our system in the form of tickets and can therefore be traced at any time. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of each enquiry with a ticket number (ID number) that you can always refer to.
